요구사항

각 apps, package별로 모두 Test가 진행되도록
모든 CI는 브랜치에 push되었을 때 진행되며 concurrency를 걸어주어야한다.
캐시는 실제로 적용해보고 시간을 비교한 뒤 적용할 예정
