CH2-10 has conflicted with LCD backlight feature #170

Kernel makes GPIO CH2-10 to HIGH at startup to enable LCD backlight function.
I believe this is not strictly a bug, but this behavior is inconvenient when using GPIO as output.
Probably the backlight function not be used in CHIRIMEN, so I think that it is better to disable the LCD backlight function.

it should be better to fix defconfig instead of Kconfig.

@tadfmac please try chirimen-oh/linux-rockchip@6ccb528 without your fix.
