CHIRIMEN上で動画を再生していると、2,3秒動画の生成が止まってしまうことがあります。（720pのmp4コンテンツ）キャッシュした上で再生している状態です。

その際、以下のようなログが出ています。
E/ROCKCHIP_BASE_COMP( 88): Command: OMX_CommandFlush //動画が止まる
I/kernel_log( 108): <4>[ 8603.503178] vpu: power off...done
I/kernel_log( 108): <4>[ 8605.060632] vpu: power on //動画が再開する
