It seems this link is invalid, my web shows 404 when entering the link.

It dosen‘t matter actually. So long as no error occurs when cloning submodules, it just takes a rather long time to download. Cloning secession wouldn't show the cloned filed in local folder immediately, which would be seen in folder after checkout secession. I mistook this as unable to clone.
