Weekly checkin displaying "due today" chip on the first voyage day

Describe the bug
Weekly checkin widget in the voyage dashboard page displays "due today" chip on the very first day of the voyage.

To Reproduce Bug
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. go to /
2. look at weekly checkin widget

Expected behavior
The first weekly checkin due date should be the 2nd monday of the voyage (for et people anyways). The point is I don't think it should be displayed as such this early in the 1st week and should be displayed starting in the 2nd week
