Meeting time error message seems off

Describe the bug
The error message when I try to choose a meeting time outside of the current sprint week, the error message that is displayed seems off.

To Reproduce Bug
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to sprints page
2. Click on create meeting or edit meeting
3. click into date and time input
4. pick a date/time outside of the current sprint week

Expected behavior
I'm not too familiar with 24 hr time format. I think it should say 00:59 instead of 24:59
