As a resident, I want to cancel my appointment so that I can reschedue or remove it from my calendar

A/C:

• Allow residents to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• After cancel, the appointment is removed from the resident's calendar. If the resident wants to reschedule, they simply click "Create appointment" again. The system should store the basic information of resident: Name, Email, Phone, Addresss so that they don't have to fill in again
