Front End Data Files are Out of Date

The data files which are included in the main branch to allow the front end to have its own repository are out of date. This has created a situation where a feature cannot be tested because it relies on some new data (file data date range) being included in the json file. Those changes are blocked until the json file is updated with the new required fields.
