Following on from #10, EIA has published emissions data for 2019. However, this data does not have the sub-category breakdowns we have in our original source.

Source data from World Resources Institute: https://datasets.wri.org/dataset/climate-watch-states-greenhouse-gas-emissions

I emailed Johannes Friedrich (dataset author) to see when the next version is coming out.
