[BUG] templater command run twice in capture

Describe the bug

I use hot key to spawn a quick add capture with the capture format as,

<%* app.commands.executeCommandById('obsidian-copy-block-link:copy-link-to-block') -%>

and I use Alt-F10 to spawn it at the current block, it run twice.
