4G大小的基因组运行到这一步报错
Died at /w/00/g/g05/WangYubo/software/RepeatModeler-2.0.1/BuildDatabase line 333.
failed to execute: BuildDatabase -name species -engine ncbi /w/00/g/g05/user681/annotation/dym.hap1/out.tmp/genome.fasta
请问是什么原因？
