diamond报错Computing alignments... Error: std::bad_alloc #26

请问这种报错是内存的问题吗，该如何解决呢？是否可以通过调整基因组切分的大小来规避，但是应该如何设置呢？如果想用回blast不用diamond是否可以呢？
