陈老师您好，我在使用GETA注释得到最终gff3后发现部分外显子出现如下问题：

其中红色框标注的外显子行和utr行应该删除，CDS行经过确认是正确的
麻烦陈老师确认下，谢谢

请使用最新版本的GFF3Cler命令，或最新版本的GETA。GFF3Clear是生成最终结果文件的命令，经过很多轮修改，以前的命令有BUG，会出现上面错误的exon。
