<p>These tracks annotate repetitive regions identified by the following tools:</p>
<li>Tandem Repeats Finder, which locates simple tandem repeats (possibly imperfect repeats)</li>
<li>RepeatMasker program, which screens DNA sequences for interspersed repeats and low complexity DNA sequences</li>
<li>WindowMasker, which indicates sequence that has been masked</li>
<p>The original gasAcu1 tracks were obtained from the UCSC Genome Browser and then lifted to gasAcu1-4.</p>
