Investigate if this is a appropriate feature.

If Panes, have been manually resized, execute a column layout with the same amount of columns to reset the Pane widths to their original state.

Before:
[Side bar] [–––Pane 1––––––] [Pane 2–––]

After:
[Side bar] [–––Pane 1–––] [–––Pane 2–––]
