Looks like the Automate server is having some issues here? Will transfer to the Automate teams backlog.

Any update on this? We are blocked from moving to chef-client v17.

I dug into this more and was able to get the API response body:

rpc error: code = Internal desc = Unable to transform Run message to ChefClientRun: json: cannot unmarshal bool into Go struct field Deprecation.deprecations.message of type string
