Generally yes. Some concerns about how the variables are plotted on the second tab (mixing variables measuring SES), but nice effort to adjust the x-axis to account for actual time measurement. Also well documented to help avoid confusion

Meh. You use ggplot2 to create consistent graphs, but could do more to improve their beauty. For instance, don't rely just on the default color palette - pick one using RColorBrewer to ensure its readability.

With time and exploration, potentially. Non-linear framing of the app puts more work on the user to gain insight.

Again, I think it's highly dependent on the skills and interest of the user. Because this is targeted to an academic audience, I think it's presented at the right level. Obviously for a mass audience, you'd need to tweak and revise it.
