Remarks:

• I though It is very interesting the project idea to explore the factors motivating faculty to participate in political activism.
• It is surprising that division affiliation has an impact on political activism, race and gender.
• Similarly, the notion that political activism could impact faculty acquisition of tenure, or deters faculty from political activism is very important to having healthy academic environments.
• I think the graph could have been re-sized to facilitate visualization.
