Refine mock-ups for filing summary #35

Update mock-ups for filing summary to reflect Dev/Design Sync feedback

Instead of showing the completed filing on sign and submit we will have a separate filing summary page
When the user clicks “Submit filing” they arrive at Filing summary (instead of seeing the green confirmation alert boxes on sign and submit)
When user submits filing, they reach a separate filing summary page and are taken out of the filing flow

Sign and submit page includes:

Action: Download report (verified warnings)

Filing summary page includes:

Heading text
Introduction text
Descriptive headings (nouns) for sections instead of verb headings
Success alert at top and bottom
User actions
- Action: Resubmit your filing
- Action: Email our support staff (#311)
- Action: Download report (verified warnings)
- Action (TBD): Resend filing confirmation email (#315)
- Action (TBD): Print filing summary (#310)
