As this library grows, it will be increasingly important to reduce maintenance to keep the DS in sync with the DSR

Width Percentage are hard coded

Links between the DSR and DS to component documentation are hardcoded
Margin between header and content should always be 60px on CF.gov regardless if there are breadcrumbs or not
