CUDA out of memory. Tried to allocate 22.00 MiB (GPU 0; 8.00 GiB total capacity; 6.14 GiB already allocated; 12.91 MiB free; 6.26 GiB reserved in total by PyTorch)

I got the exact same error on a RTX2070. Turns out, you need to change the batch size both in the yolov3.cfg and in the train.py
