We don't need alldata/bblab_site/tools/blind_dating at all. Other tools (Translate DNA, Fasta Converter, probably PHAGE-I-Expanded) should be merged into this repo. Phylodating is a good candidate to be a submodule.

tcr-dist is in need of help, see #5
