Create a template/questionnaire/guidelines for documentation, so that members of the team, who have the most knowledge could fill it. After, formatting it and add do doc.

Example for SCOAP3 documentation parts (WIP):

The idea of the project
Set up guide (link to github)
The architecture
Publishers
Common errors

Write documentation for:

New SCOAP3
CAP
INSPIRE
Infrastructure
