RBD: optimize deletion by modifying function EnsureImageCleanup() to directly use image ID

Describe the enhancement

Currently EnsureImageCleanup() lists and parses images in trash to find image id for
equivalent image name.

We can instead use imgae id directly fetched by the following methods to add a task for removal from trash :

• for temporary clones, use parent image ID which is now available due to go-ceph changes ceph/go-ceph@1257d81#diff-fc8b31046fd71b1b503908150fb3a360f5e74dd2b293d267ceb5b51611020496
• for actual image/snapshot that is to be deleted, use image id that is present and fetched from the omap.

The above implementation will completely avoid expensive operation of list images in trash.
