Describe the enhancement
Currently
EnsureImageCleanup()
lists and parses images in trash to find image id forequivalent image name.
We can instead use imgae id directly fetched by the following methods to add a task for removal from trash :
The above implementation will completely avoid expensive operation of list images in trash.
