Would you please reintroduce the ceph-iscsi and tcmu-runner packages for IBM's 7 (reef) product version? In other words, we should see those packages in the Dockerfile we get from this compose-rhcs.sh invocation:

BRANDING=ibm VERSION=7 ./contrib/compose-rhcs.sh

(Note, when we sync with Red Hat's dist-git again, please avoid deleting gmonitoring. #2246 is unresolved.) (EDIT: now irrelevant to reef, see below.)

We need to land the 7 (reef) change now, so I'll amend this to only include reef, and I'll include a separate PR for 8 (squid).

(7 / reef also lacks gmonitoring, so that simplifies that, and we can address that separately.)
