Support for 2021 ACS Data

Can we gen an update that allows use of the 2021 ACS data?

Just came to say this. I haven't done a deep dive, but it looks like this should be available on the API. I think the first thing I might try is just adapting the range check that throws an error on 2021 and see if anything else breaks. Sometimes more substantial changes are made to the API, so this might not be a one-liner fix.

I'm new to using the project and don't have a ton of time to give informed feedback on the thread, but for what it's worth, I found some documentation that demonstrates using the slightly more primitive APIConnection class. A line like cenpy.products.APIConnection("ACSDT5Y2021") will return a connection object you can use to query for variables of interest.

Go for it! It should be fairly straightforward to extend the existing ACS product class.
