These notebooks are great. Have you thought about adding a "launch on binder"-link to the README? It would be really nice to have a reproducible environment that loads a jupyter notebook server directly like that, means that people wouldn't have to install all the packages on their computers to have a play around with the notebooks.

I set this up for python training I did in the Africa-SWIFT project: https://github.com/leifdenby/FCFA-SWIFT-Python-2021. The important bits are in https://github.com/leifdenby/FCFA-SWIFT-Python-2021/tree/master/binder, you could just copy that. Or I could make a pull-request for this?
