Quirk of cfunits means time zone from reference date can't be used

In cfize.time_units_from_input, time zone can't be inherited from the units found in the input file, because the cfunits.Units parent class for TimeUnits uses cftime.datetime type for reftime, which doesn't allow for time zone or offset. Overriding this attribute of the class may help.
