Add a settings option to display a persistent notification when both 'Always-on VPN' and 'Block connections without VPN' are not enabled for Rethink.

A notification is a bit too intrusive. What do you feel about an indicator on Rethink's homescreen or elsewhere?

I'll leave it up to you. Whatever you decide, I'm sure it'll be the right one! I would absolutely love that option because I'm a bit paranoid, haha. I'm so thrilled for the next version, btw!
