Please consider solving the situation, where one makes a change & nothing's changed – because one forgot to "reload" in the top right – by automatically reloading every time somethings' changed.
(Effected sites: Apps, DNS, Proxy)

There's no need to "reload". The changes take effect immediately.

It is another thing that the apps or the OS itself may have cached some of the DNS responses.

If the rules aren't applied immediately, then that's a bug. What rules have seen not applied (apart from domain-based ones, which could have been cached, as mentioned above).

Sorry, I don't remember what specifically I did…
I think a new app wasn't shown & an old app was still showing before a reload…

That's because reloading apps on install / uninstall events was draining battery, and so, we switched it to do so async (once every 3hrs). Don't think we'll go back to what we had before.
