Streamlit app runs twice upon first opening #6

When I launch an app with the condition tree, it runs twice from top to bottom when using the condition tree. You can see this in the demo code provided. Not sure what is causing this, but the fork on this project has some small changes which I wonder if they are related.

Hi @matt-gree,

Sorry for my late answer. I noticed this behaviour as well, but I have no idea what is causing it neither. If anybody figures it out, I'd be glad to know.
