From end user:

I just tried it now and I think it ignored conflicts with other meetings. See the one planned for tomorrow April 18! I then tried to “suggest another time” and I’m not sure how it’ll handle this…

Details to clarify in the issue:

  • Confirm what the user's time is set to in the invite (Free/Busy)
  • Optional or mandatory participation

@amazingphilippe FYI - the proper permissions have been applied for the Bot and conflicts in schedules should now properly be avoided.

That said, logged a new feature request to provide the person calling the function the ability to confirm if the date/time works for them before creating the event.
