Remove Max from the list of people that automatically get invited to an incident

Right now, the security folks including Max get automatically invited to an incident when the incident is created. As Max is leaving on February 9, make sure that Calvin (if he wants to) or whoever else instead of Max (if any) gets automatically invited. Otherwise, an error most likely will occur once his account is deactivated.
