💚 Enabler - This helped the participant do something more effectively or efficiently.

📝 What happened?

Another participant was looking for information about general designers on the service design page, and happened to notice the "designer job posting" related link at the bottom of the page, which took them to the information they needed. This saved them time reading through a full page, navigating back to topics and then drilling down to the correct page.

📗 User story

As a public servant looking for information, I need opportunities to discover related information that I'm not aware of, so that I can more quickly determine where what I need might be located.

📜 Recommendations
