Description

As a Notify dev, when we move production to helm we need the PR-bot to change images in helm.

WHY are we building?

pr-bot still works when we release helm to prod

WHAT are we building?

change pr-bot to make helm changes

VALUE created by our solution

release process still works

Acceptance Criteria

  • pr-bot changes helm

QA Steps

  • do a release after we move prod to helm
