Line numbers do not follow horizontal scrolling

Problem:
Line numbers are displayed in a separate element as the algorithm text. While vertical scrolling works perfectly fine (scrolling is synchronized), horizontal scrolling does not work and the line numbers overlap with the scrolled text.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Click the "Simulation" tab
• Load an algorithm with rather lengthy instructions such as "Grover (5 qubits)"
• Shrink the window/magnify the page until the algorithm text does no longer fit in the text box on at least one line.
• Scroll horizontally

Expected behavior:
The line numbers should also be synchronously scrolled horizontally and hence not overlap with the algorithm text.
