Problems when using this puppet module with ubuntu and foreman #1

I installed this module and included it via foreman 1.4 on ubuntu 12.04 using the default puppet version 2.7.11. When i try to run a puppet agent i get the following message:

err: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Duplicate definition: Class[Pound] is already defined on node agenttest2.openstacklocal

I tried to google for the error and found this, but I am unsure if it is related:
