After establishing the bootstrap sell theme as the standard client theme for current mybusiness client applications going forward it makes sense to tailor mybusiness plugin to this theme.

build.gradle: updated app version.
ProductController: added ajaxUpdateQuickCartContent action.
ShoppingCartController: added add4 action to render quickCartContents from add to cart button on product detail page.
  copied ajaxUpdateCartQty and ajaxUpdateQuickCartContent actions from ProductController as they belong here instead.
shoppingCart/quickCartContent template: added
