Hi there,

I just installed breath on a usb flash drive on my hp x360 14 (like yours!) using debian deepin.
The install script asked me for a username but not for a password.

I'm able to boot into debian, but a password is required. I' ve searched standard passwords for debian bookworm, tried my username, and tried a blank password but nothing works.

What did I miss ? What should my password be ?
Or should the installer ask for my password when the user account is created ?

Sorry for the probably stupid question...

One thing that was out of order when i created my ISO was that i got the output 'deepin is not supported in ubuntu' at the end of your script. But an iso was created, so i figured this all worked good.

Or does this perhaps mean I am now not booting in debian from my usb and am just in a kernel panic ?

My screen sais:

Debian GNU/Linux bookworm/sid DESKTOP-J7UA0LA tty1
DESKTOP-J7UA0LA login:

Delete ~/linux-build and reclone the breath repo on the pc you build breath with, then rebuild the iso. The script should ask for a password while creating the iso, not when you boot.
