Currently the input for selecting the hour/minute of an alarm is a list of scrollable labels. Since this scroll view can be stopped at any point, it's possible to have the input between two of the labels, making it unclear which one is actually selected.

Ideally this input should always snap to the next increment, ensuring the selected time is always clear.
