How do I get onto DevNet?

What's the process for getting access to DevNet? How do I connect once I get access? Are there any changes from the current process?

1. Fill out the Devnet Access Application form:
   https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe7K6IYZ_PJbutu7a2mQt1rQ3K1TXNkHQS6w7Nsx1LOdcTV2w/viewform
2. You will be contacted with a list of Devnet IPs, and the publioc key you provide in the above form will be funded to allow you to test.
