Updates to Controller navigation

We're running out of space for the nav buttons and this design doesn't scale well.

Lets update these and use a pattern thats pretty common for wallets... Footer navigation.

I stole these designs from phantom. check out the way they handle navigation, they do a great job. Love the simple animations they use as well.

Note: These tabs do not appear when you select into an asset or view another persons profile. They only appear at the top level.
