Cartoview Version : (1.8.1)
it is a good idea to have a check box in the app manager and apply install app in batch instead of restarting the server in case you select to install or update apps
in such case the update and install apps button need to move to the top
the install, uninstall update, suspend, will be drop down options in the top with apply button
if the action does not apply the check box will be grayed out
