What information about the lesson infrastructure should be included in Maintainer Onboarding?

https://carpentries.github.io/sandpaper-docs/ serves as a tutorial for people getting started with the Workbench infrastructure, and includes some sections about maintenance of an established lesson. But some content could be added to Maintainer Onboarding, at least as far as providing a curated list of links to the most relevant pages of the Workbench docs (and maybe some of the Collaborative Lesson Development Training curriculum too).
