Motions.md vs. Resolution Tracker #98

@sstevens2 I've been keeping track of the resolutions for Board meetings and wanted to know if you plan to update motions.md with the 2024 motions, or replace that file with a link to the resolutions spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is located in the Board shared drive, so it's not accessible externally. Thoughts?

Hi Kari! Just seeing this ! I'd forgotten about the motions.md doc. I'd be happy to have it replaced with the spreadsheet, if we made that doc public. I'm also happy to leave it up to you and the next secretary to decide upon.
