Add sqlite support

This is actually code I wrote a year ago that I had been intending to submit... but let sit on my hard drive.

It seems like all the bones are there and I would like to offer it back upstream. I’ve been using it in production for a year, ymmv.

Tests work on my machine, please let me know if there’s anything else you would like to see. You can find me under the nick geck on freenode.
