This app has performed perfectly on all of the vehicles I've tested, but the logged mileage on some vehicles comes back about one-third the traveled distance. Is this a known condition?

Specific example:

  • 16.72 miles traveled logs as 5.19 miles

Vehicle is a 2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor
