The install.sh script checks for 3. I2C-VC and 4. SPI1-3CS presence in the /boot/config.txt file. On Bookworm for the Raspberry Pi OS (Lite) that file has been moved to /boot/firmware/config.txt. It would be handy to have a patch that checks both locations.

Answers cariboulabs#209 by checking for the `/boot/firmware/config.txt` existence, and if found, setting `CONFIG_TXT_PATH` to it.
