We currently have a demo application that uses the process-compose flake module to create a menu of applications for running several hydra-nodes on the devnet. I would like a similar suite of tools to cover our live tests, such as running on preview and preprod. This could launch the cardano-node, one hydra-node, one hydra-tui, and also scripts for refuelling the wallets.
