evaluate_results: need to link parameters_ids and methods_ids

currently parameters_ids and methods_ids allow selection of methods and parameters results to selectively calculate in evaluate_results, similar to other options for datasets and references.

However, these options should be linked so that specific method/parameter PAIRS are selected. Otherwise, if different methods share the same parameter values, those also will be selected UNLESS if method is also selected.
